This study evaluates the implementation of transformational leadership in schoolsto address the problem IT-based pornography.  Eight senior high schools in Sragen werepurposively sampled for this study, which involved a focus group discussion with informants comprising principals, teachers and students. The findings showed that principals have not implemented all the principles of transformational leadership in tackling the problem of cellular phones being used for pornography.
